POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. container sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Boil the chicken breasts and cut into small pieces. Mix with soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Melt butter and crumble Ritz crackers into it. Add poppy seeds. Pour cracker mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

I tried it with the poppy seeds first. Then I tried it with toasted sesame seeds. I like that even more.
