STRAWBERRY SORBET 
4 c. ripe strawberries, washed and hulled plus 8 whole strawberries for garnish
1 c. apple juice concentrate
Juice of 2 oranges
1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Place 4 cups of strawberries in a food processor or blender and process until pureed.

2. Transfer puree to a large bowl, add apple juice concentrate, orange and lemon juices; mix well.

3. Freeze, let soften in refrigerator and serve.

4. Scoop sorbet into dessert dishes and garnish each serving with a whole strawberry. Makes 8 servings.
