FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tsp. cornstarch
Assorted fresh fruit

Pat cookie dough out on 12 or 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on cooled crust.

Arrange sliced/cubed fresh fruit on top. Cook together juice and starch. Spread over fruit. Cover and refrigerate.
