1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. flour
1 c. raisins
2 c. grated unpeeled green zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat well sugar, butter, eggs, oil and cocoa. Mix in all dry ingredients, stir well. Add raisins, zucchini and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes. Cool before turning out of pan.
