PUDDING DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all and press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat; spread on Crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Beat together with 4 cups milk; spread on 2nd Layer.

4TH LAYER:

Ice with remaining Cool Whip and a few chopped nuts or grated chocolate. Should be made several hours before serving for better flavor.
