BAKED PINEAPPLE WITH CHEESE 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Drain pineapple, keep 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour and stir in 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add grated cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole. Combine butter and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
