LILLA'S MEATBALLS | |
4 to 5 lbs. ground beef 3 (1 lb.) cans sauerkraut 3 cans whole cranberry sauce 2 to 2 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 to 1 1/2 bottles shrimp cocktail sauce 2 eggs 1 c. Parmesan cheese Mix ground beef with 1 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and eggs. Form into balls. (Dried bread can be added). Brown and drain; set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake or put in a crock pot and simmer for 1 hour, serve hot. This recipe may be cut in half. |
