BAKED SPINACH 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, chopped
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 slices bacon
1/2 c. sour cream (or sour cream substitute)
1 tbsp. green onion, minced
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt to taste

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain very well. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Stir all ingredients and place in small casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until well heated.
