JELLIED GARDEN SALAD 
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 med. onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Melt gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. Mix well. Add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Chill until almost set. Add remaining ingredients. Mold and chill.
