1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 container Cool Whip
1 banana, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. MOTHERS SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Mix pudding and buttermilk, add Cool Whip. Fold in banana and oranges. Save out a few cookies for top of salad. Crumble remaining cookies and add to the salad. Chill for a few hours. Overnight is perfect.
