MANDARIN COOKIE SALAD 
2 c. buttermilk
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, frozen

Beat together buttermilk and instant pudding until thickened, fold in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Just before serving break up frozen cookies and fold into buttermilk and pudding mixture. Garnish with cookie halves. This recipe is best when mixed up just before being eaten.
