FUDGE STRIPED COOKIE SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 sm. pkg. fudge striped cookies
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (10 oz.) container whipped topping

Beat the pudding with the half & half. Fold whipped topping in the pudding mixture. Add well drained fruit. Break cookies into small pieces reserving some cookies whole for decorating the top. Cool for at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
