1 lb. butter 1 lb. flour 1 lb. cottage cheese Solo Pie Fillings Mix well with hands and form into ball. Place in covered bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out thin 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2-3 inch squares. Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of square. Fold like an envelope. Pinch ends well. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light brown. Sprinkle while warm with powdered sugar. Store in tight container. |
