1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. Pet milk, divided use
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 bag caramels
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together the cake mix, butter and half (1/3 cup) milk. Divide the dough and press half of it into 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the baked mixture. Melt the caramels with remaining one-third cup milk and spread over chocolate chips. Spread over chocolate chips. Mix nuts into remaining half of the cake mix and sprinkle over caramels. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Very Rich!
