1 chocolate cake mix
1 egg
Whole fresh strawberries (2 per person)
1 can whip cream topping
1 bag chocolate chips

Place cake mix in bowl. Check mix box for total liquid requested. Add only 1/2 the liquid requested and the egg to the mix. Mix well. Cook mix in preheated fry pan making approximately 4" diameter pancakes. Use butter substitute in fry pan during cooking process. Place 3 to 4 cakes overlapping each other onto one side of dessert plate. Place whip cream onto cakes and down onto the other side of the plate. Sprinkle chocolate chips across top. Slice strawberries, garnish, serve and enjoy. Makes 6 to 8 desserts.
