Graham crackers
2 sm. boxes chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. xxx sugar
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip

Place graham crackers in bottom of 8 x 10 inch dish. Prepare chocolate pudding mix according to box. Pour mix over crackers. Cream sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread over top of chocolate. Add remaining Cool Whip to top, sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Let set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
