IRMA'S ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. spaghetti mix (dry) or:
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 16 oz. cans tomato sauce
8 oz. sour cream
8 or 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and season as desired, drain. Add spaghetti mix and tomato sauce; cook until well blended. Spread mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

Mix sour cream and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl; mix well. Pour this over ground beef mixture.

Next roll crescent rolls flat, place in pan. Pour melted butter over this and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake according to roll directions.
