GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. ground meat 1 1/2 c. macaroni 1/2 green pepper 1 sm. onion 2 tbsp. cheese 1 tbsp. butter (to grease dish) 1 reg. size can tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk Cook macaroni. Fry meat, onion, pepper, slowly until rawness leaves meat. Place macaroni in casserole (grease with butter). Stir in well drained tomatoes, add meat mixture. Add 1/4 cup milk to cream of mushroom soup, heat to boiling point. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
