CHOCOLATE BREAD 
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 large chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. mini or regular semi-sweet morsels
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients together. Pour batter into two loaf pans (sprayed with Pam). Cover sides and bottom of pans with mixture of cinnamon and sugar as well as top of dough.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Serve alone or with cream cheese.
