SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. Velveeta, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. rice, cooked

Fry sausage until cooked, drain and set aside. Saute onions, pepper, and celery. Mix sauteed vegetable, sausage and remaining ingredients. Bake in casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
