RHUBARB CRUNCH | |
4 c. chopped rhubarb 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. sugar 1 cake mix (white or yellow) 2 c. water 1/2 c. melted butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9 x 12 inch greased baking dish. 1st layer chopped rhubarb; 2nd layer mix Jello and sugar together. Sprinkle over rhubarb; 3rd layer - sprinkle dry cake mix over top; 4th layer pour 2 cups water over dry cake mix; 5th layer - drizzle butter over top. Bake 40 minutes or when light brown and rhubarb is done. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
