BUTTER CRUNCH 
1 lb. real butter
2 c. white sugar
1 c. chopped cashews or walnuts
8 milk Hershey bars

Stir rapidly over medium high heat until mixture gets light tan (not yellow). Stir in 1 cup chopped cashews (walnuts). Pour on cookie sheet and spread 8 milk chocolate Hershey bars over top. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Let cook then break up into bite size pieces.
