AARON'S GAZPACHO 
1 lb. plum tomatoes
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 scallions
1 sm. cucumber
1 clove garlic
1/4 hard French bread
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 stalk celery

1. Combine all ingredients except scallions, cucumber, and celery in a blender.

2. Chop scallions, cucumbers and celery; set aside for garnish.

3. Chill. Serve topped with chopped vegetables. Serves 2.
