GOOD COLD SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 c. celery
4 eggs (hard boiled & diced)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 med. onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, diced & fried
4 oz. grated sharp cheese

DRESSING:

2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Layer all ingredients except bacon and cheese. Spread the dressing over the top of salad. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Add bacon pieces and 4 ounce cheese. Toss and serve.
