FUDGE BROWNIE PIE | |
1 (9") unbaked pie shell 1 c. (6 oz.) Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. butter 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1/4 c. biscuit baking mix 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie shell 10 minutes. Remove from oven, reduce heat to 325 degrees. In saucepan over low heat melt chips with butter. In large mixing bowl beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients, except nuts, until smooth. Then add nuts and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. |
