SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
6 c. hot diced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. Wishbone Italian dressing
1/2 c. chopped green onions & tops
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 hard cooked eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. diced cucumbers

Place potatoes in bowl; pour Italian dressing over potatoes. Chill. Add onions, celery seed, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Separate yolks from whites of eggs. Chop whites; add to potatoes. Chill.

Mash egg yolks. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; mix well. Pour over potatoes and toss lightly. Let stand 20 minutes. Add cucumbers just before serving. Garnish with parsley.
