STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned & drained
1 (8") baked pie shell
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
3 drops red food coloring

Place in saucepan and cook about 3 minutes or until clear. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons dry strawberry Jello. Mix until Jello is dissolved. Arrange berries in pie crust. Slowly pour syrup over berries. Chill and serve with whipped topping.
