HOPSCOTCH 
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
3 oz. chow mein noodles
2 c. miniature marshmallows

(Recipe may be doubled.)

Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water in double boiler. Stir in peanut butter. Mix chow mein noodles and marshmallows together in a large bowl. Add the melted butterscotch/peanut butter mixture to the marshmallows and noodles; mix thoroughly. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto wax paper lined cookie sheets and chill until set.
