VEGGIE PITA MELT 
1/4 c. broccoli, blanched
1/4 c. cauliflower, blanched
2 tbsp. diced green onion and tomato
1 1/2 tsp. buttermilk salad dressing
1 oz. pita bread (whole wheat)
1 oz. grated cheddar cheese

In mixing bowl, mix vegetables and dressing mix until coated. Add cheese and stuff into pita pocket. Can be microwaved at 100% for 40 seconds. Makes 1 serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
