PISTACHIO GLACE | |
70 Ritz crackers 1 c. butter 2 sm. pkg. instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, soft 1 lg. (12-16 oz.) Cool Whip, divide in half 3 Heath bars, frozen Crush crackers. Melt butter. Mix together in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Press into bottom of pan with fork and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Place in freezer. When crust is cold, mix rest of ingredients pudding, milk, ice cream and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour on cracker crust, return to refrigerator for 1 hour. Then spread top with 1/2 Cool Whip. Crush bars and spread on top. Serves 12. |
