1/2 to 1 lb. bacon 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese 4 eggs 1/2 tbsp. butter 1/2 lb. cooked pasta 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. white wine Cut up bacon and fry. Drain bacon and return to pan. Add 1/2 tablespoon butter, olive oil, minced garlic and wine. Simmer over low heat until wine is almost evaporated. Beat eggs and cheese together. Put everything into pan and stir. Salt and pepper as desired. |
