ASPARAGUS ROLLS | |
1 can asparagus spears 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) Roquefort or blue cheese 1 loaf sliced white bread 2 sticks of butter Mix cream cheese and blue cheese until well blended. Roll each slice of bread thinly and cut off crusts. Spread cheese mixture thinly on bread slice. Place one asparagus spear at the end of the slice. Roll asparagus up with bread. Cut into 5 pieces. Dip each piece into melted butter. Place on baking sheet. Repeat process until all done. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. |
