DEVIL'S FOOD POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Devil's food cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease, then flour pan. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. With spoon stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost when cool.
