FRENCH VANILLA TORTE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 pkg. instant pudding French vanilla
3 c. cold milk

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy. Blend in Cool Whip. Put this mixture on cooled crust. Mix 3 packages pudding and milk until smooth. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread with Cool Whip, sprinkle with nuts. Good made the day before.
