SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. soft butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour with baking soda in 1 bowl. Set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding until creamy and smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Then stir in chips and drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. For really chocolate, chocolate chip cookies use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
