RHUBARB DESSERT 
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp flour

Place rhubarb in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle flour and sugar over mixture.

Make the following like a crumb mixture: 1 C. brown sugar, 1 C. quick cook oatmeal, 1 C. butter, 1 1/2 C. flour. Sprinkle over rhubarb.

Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
