5 c. rhubarb, cut up 2 c. sugar Mix and set aside. Mix 1 box yellow cake mix as directed. Add rhubarb mix to the cake mix and put in 9"x13" pan. Pour 1 pint whipping cream over pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. | |
