PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2 eggs
2 slices bread, crumbled
3 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
3 cans water

Combine ground beef, onion, rice, seasonings, eggs and bread crumbs. Make into meatballs. Place in large Dutch oven or roaster, uncovered. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown. Turn meatballs as needed to brown all sides. Then add tomato soup and 3 cans water. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cover and bake 2 hours.
