HUNTER STYLE CHICKEN 
4 slices bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 med. onion, sliced
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 lb. can tomatoes, bite sizes
1/3 to 1/2 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
Hot buttered rice

Saute bacon in large skillet until partially cooked. Then saute onion in same skillet until onions are tender. Remove bacon and onion; set aside. Drain drippings from skillet, reserving 2 tablespoons. Brown chicken in reserved drippings. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Drain fat. Combine cooked bacon, onion, tomatoes, 57 Sauce and sugar. Pour over chicken. Cover, simmer 40-45 minutes or until tender. Serves 4-5 people.
