BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
1 small jar Peach Preserves
1 med. bottle Russian Dressing
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
2-3 LB. boneless Chicken Breast

Mix preserves and dressing. Sprinkle soup mix over chicken, then dressing mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve over rice.
