LOUISIANA FRUIT SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 pt. fresh berries
1 can strawberry pie filling
1 c. sliced peaches

In a large bowl, mix fruit. Pour pie filling over mixed fruit and stir until just mixed. Chill completely before serving. Yields: 2 quart bowl full. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. (Bananas will not turn dark if in a salad container.)
