HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit

Put all ingredients in a small covered coffee can. Put crushed ice on bottom of big coffee can. Put small can into the big can. Fill with more crushed ice and salt. Roll for 10 minutes. Scrape down the ice cream; cover and roll for another 5 minutes or until freezes hard.
