12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees; lightly grease one pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high if using electric mixer). Pour into plate and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted half way comes out clean. This is a complete meal when served with a green salad.
