MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
Salt, pepper to taste
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to directions. Microwave milk, flour and seasonings on high 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add chunked or grated cheese, microwave on 7 (70% power, medium high) until cheese melts, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Mix cooked, drained macaroni with cheese sauce and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with paprika, if desired, to aid browning. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
