MAC MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. macaroni

Boil macaroni 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in microwave. Stir in flour. Add milk and microwave 3 minutes. Add half the Velveeta, microwave another 2-3 minutes. Add remaining cheese, continue to microwave until melted, stir each 1-2 minutes. Put macaroni in casserole dish, add cheese mixture, bake 20-25 minutes. Enjoy gooey baked macaroni and cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
