CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash nutmeg
8 inch unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With wire whisk or fork beat eggs slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients except pie crust, until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. 6-8 servings.
