LOBSTER PIE 
1 1/2 lb. lobster meat
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 to 2 oz. White Shyerry wine

Step 1: Spray Pam or oil in bottom of 10 inch round casserole dish to prevent sticking. Spread lobster over casserole dish.

Step 2: Melt butter in microwave dish, add sherry and garlic to melted butter.

Step 3: Spread cracker crumbs over lobster, making sure lobster meat is completely covered.

Step 4: Pour butter mix over crumbs making sure to moisten the entire surface of crumbs.

Step 5: Cook in medium oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Be certain to not over cook, as oven temperatures vary.

Step 6: ENJOY!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
