SAVANNAH RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. fried Rice A Roni with almonds
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
2 green onions, chopped, including stalks
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 sm. jar marinated artichokes
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directionsw and chill. Add water chestnuts, green onions, mayonnaise, pepper and black olives. Strain artichokes. Set aside juice. Chop artichokes and add to salad. Add artichoke juice. Mix well; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Garnish with slivered almonds.
