PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter, melted, not hot
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water
1 c. pumpkin (canned)

Blend all dry ingredients together in small bowl; mix well. In large bowl mix all liquid ingredients. Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased and floured bread pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.
