SPICY SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. shrimp (8 to 10 jumbo)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Peel off shell from shrimp. Leave on the tail. Melt butter in a non-stick pan and add all the ingredients but the shrimp. Stir ingredients together, then add the shrimp. Stir to coat shrimp with the spices. Cook over medium high heat for about 5 minutes (jumbo shrimp) or 3 minutes if (regular), until shrimp are white and plump. Serves 2.

P.S. could be used as an appetizer (with small shrimp).
